V-Director™ Functional Specifications
By Artistic! Communications, Inc.
V-Director™ voiced-activated automated answering services offer the following functionality to business users:
ü Provides your company with a unique toll-free number.
ü Answers calls with a greeting specifically designed for your distinctive company or services.
ü Routes callers to the telephone number* of your company’s user or to the department requested by the caller.
ü Screens calls to determine caller’s name and allows the user to decide whether to accept the call or sent it to voicemail.
ü Users can specify routing preferences using a web browser via an Internet connection**.
ü Provides users the ability to retrieve messages from a telephone or from the web (internet).
* Telephone numbers must terminate within the United States and Canada. Surcharges as specified in the V-Director™ price list may apply. V-Director™ cannot connect callers to pay per call services.
** Access to internet and appropriate multimedia hardware at the user’s location is the responsibility of the user and not provided by Artistic! Communications, Inc. and/or its provider, Emergence Corporation. Furthermore, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Artistic! Communications, Inc. or Emergence Corporation, its subsidiary companies or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages to hardware and software, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the V-Director™ website. You specifically acknowledge and agree that Artistic! Communications, Inc. and Emergence Corporation is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct by any user.
*** Money Payment for Voice Services is $89.95 and all other charges based on user access.
Vendor, EMERGENCE CORPORATION to charge nominal monthly access fee of $39.95
per month.

Ohio Service Tax of 5.75% applies to all items.

Setup Fee includes one-time professional
recording of your corporate greeting and establishment of up to 10 user
accounts.
* Security Deposits are non-refundable when service has been cancelled
within the first Ninety (90) Days of service. When
service has met minimum activation time of Ninety (90) Days, all
proceeds paid for Security Deposit will be refunded to client.
If Cancellation of Service or Termination exists within the first
Ninety (90) Days or client fails to make payments for services,
Security Deposit will not be refunded for any reason on a
delinquent, pastdue, and/or cancelled account. An early service
Cancellation Fee will be deducted from the client's checking
account, or charged to client's credit card when payments have not
been met in a timely manner. If payments are not
available to agency, client shall remain responsible for any and/or all
charges
incurring, and a refund will not be considered for any
reason.
