If for any reason we have made an error on a price, rate, service quote and/or provided you with a mis-quoted amount for services for any reason, we will honor the incorrect amount as so outlined on our website providing we can locate the originally submitted documentation which confirms the rate, fee, service or price that you were originally quoted. The wrong amount MUST be visible on our website.
Our agency provides private, individual, confidential one-on-one credit and financial placements for consumers and small to medium sized businesses who have expressed an interest in our credit and financial placement services. Capital Corporation can ascertainly provide its members and clients with discreet, "one-on-one" funding services up to $800,000.00 or more when minimum requirements are met and a personal credit score has been presented at 690-850 respectively.
Client must be willing to pay agency's 16.9% fee at time of disbursement for any amounts up to $300,000.00 and 18.9% for any amounts over and above $301,000.00 when funding requests are considered approved and a lender has notified client of their approval. Our agency will submit your request to a minimum of three (3) lenders who you have met their qualification requirements for the funding range we have pre-approved you for. When all three (3) submittals have been sent in, Artistic! Capital Corporation will notify each client of their status and provide them with their Commitment Agreement if accepted for placement. Client must return the Commitment Agreement immediately after signing before Notary Public in order for application to be processed and funds disbursed to Client. A standard application placement fee of $895.00 is required for any funding request up to $300,000.00 and $1,595.00 for requests over and above $301,000.00 respectively. Client shall be required to pay to Artistic! Capital Corporation its application placement fees at time of application and all other backend fees shall be due at the time the Client has been disbursed by any and/or all lenders. Client shall have a minimum of 24-48 hours to return the agency fee for all approvals invoiced out on to the Client. Client understands that Artistic! Capital Corporation reserves the right to charge a $3,000.00 Cancellation Fee to any Client who defaults or refuses to accept an approval that Client has been approved for when requested. Client understands that if he/she is not charged an application fee of $895.00 at time of application and/or $1,595.00 as noted for amount over and above $301,000.00, Client understands that he/she shall be charged the application placement fee at time of invoicing on backend. Client realizes and understands that if he/she has been discounted that any and/or all discounts offered/extended to Client shall be charged at the time of invoicing on backend when Client has received his/her funds from any prospective lender. Client understands that all application placement fees are non-refundable and shall not be returned to Client for any and/or all reasons stated and/or not provided, even if he/she should decide after being approved for any reason to cancel an approval once granted.
