Artistic! Financial Service Corporation (AFSC,
Inc.) and its affiliates shall not use your personal, private, credit or
professional information for any other purpose other than to process
your requests for the services in which you are requesting. We will
contact you directly by electronic mail (email), directmail and/or fax
when available, and if we have questions, we will contact you directly
by telephohne to keep you advised of your application status.
If you prefer not to be called for any reason we will honor that,
however; for any loan processing, origination or service requests, there
may be reason(s) for our firm and/or our assigns to contact you directly
and discuss your application. No other representative will contact you
unless you specifically request it.
NEWSLETTERS, EMAIL, AND DISTRIBUTION
As a client of this agency, you will receive monthly newsletters, email,
and distribution of our products and services. At anytime you wish to be
removed from our mailing list, please forward requests to:

LOAN REQUEST FORMS
If you submit a loan request to this agency, your signature on any
application confirms your approval and authorization for this agency,
its assigns, assessors, affiliates, and agents to review your personal
and/or business credit history to determine if you pre-qualify for a
line of credit, loan product or meet minimum requirements for
processing. Once approved, you will be billed our standard
application acceptance fee of $395.00 which is non-refundable should we
accept your application for funding.
CREDIT REPORT FEES
There is a charge of $85.00 for each applicant who submits a loan
request form and/or application to this agency. The credit report fee is
non-refundable and is required at the time of application. (If client
has a personal credit report not older than 30 days, it may be
considered with any loan request when returned by fax or directmail.)
APPLICATION PLACEMENT FEE
$395.00 will be required (effective as of 01/01/03) for
applicants who do qualify for funding placement. If your application is
accepted you will be required to pay the placement fee as noted before
your application is submitted to direct lenders for funding. If you

Signature Documents will follow should you meet minimum requirements for
approval, which must be returned to us in order to proceed with your
funding request.
GUARANTEED APPROVAL SERVICES
Our guarantee of approval is extended to any applicant in which we offer
a pre-approval to. We will process your request for funding to the
direct lender we know will approve your application. If for any reason,
we are not successful in funding you; we will gladly refund your money
at anytime if four (4) or more lenders were contacted, and no successful
placement has been made.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
Once an application has been submitted, signed by client; agency will
not refund monies paid until an unsuccessful request for funding has
been met and agreed upon by all corporate officers of the agency. Client
will be notified should he/she qualify for a refund, and it will be
refunded accordingly. After 3 days of receipt of loan request, refunds
will not be considered for any reason(s).
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
We are committed to providing you with 100% Customer Satisfaction as we
process and accept your applications. If you have a particular concern
or situation regarding any of our representatives, staff members, and/or
officer's; please address your written concerns with the date of
incident, representative's name, nature of dispute or concern; and
forward to us immediately with your name and mailing address. It is
required that you provide your home and work telephone numbers in order
for your dispute to be reviewed, and handled accordingly. Forward all
