How Does It
Work?
Our Private Investors and our affiliates will issue Credit Builder Lines of
Credit to your company (or to you personally) regardless of
your credit history, residency or experience, without your
personal guarantee. As a Member of our organization, you
would not be required to provide any financial statements,
paystubs, tax returns, or even a telephone bill. Our
funding services are provided as a courtesy to help our Members
and Business Associates establish their personal and
professional credit regardless of their present or previous
credit situations. NO DOCUMENTATIONS WHATEVER ARE
REQUIRED!!! (All that we ask it that you register and/or
reserve your business name so that it can be verified.)
Other than that, there are no further documents to produce.
Our Credit Builder Lines of Credit are
available from $10,000 to $30,000 for personal and $50,000 to
$500,000 for businesses (with no pre-determined maximum).

verify your Line of Credit amounts and your
payment history to credit reporting agencies or to any
inquirer you authorize when your account has been established,
and you will be well on your way to rebuilding, regaining a
personal and business presence at credit agencies.
Establishing A Line of Credit with us, Paying For Our
Enhancement Fee Are two benefits that are needed to
enhance your credit. This is what most lenders and
vendors need to see in order to extend larger amounts of credit,
which we would be providing to you and your business.
How Do We Do It?
There's several ways that Artistic! Capital
Corporation and its affiliates can establish this account for
you. 1) We can restrict your use of
the proceeds of the Credit Builder Line of Credit or 2)
We can allow you to apply for the Line of Credit through a
enhanced business that you own, or would own when established;
and process your funding request up to $500,000 Maximum.
The proceeds received when approved, will be yours to use anyway
you like as long as you continue to make the payments for the
funds. Your
initial draw from the Credit Builder Line of Credit must be for
the full amount and it must be used to establish a series of
transactions which include creating a debt in return for a
promissory note, funds on deposit, automatic repayments, and
more. Additional service options and features will be
provided to you when you complete our application or contact us
by telephone.
There are four Credit Builder Programs for you to
choose from:

Credit Builder Creations - You
company or you personally may request that a new credit file
or debt be created in your name or your business name in order
for credit to be listed on your personal or business credit
reports. If your existing credit is bad, we recommend
establishing a new credit file in order to activate an
approving credit report. If a business, no credit
history prior to your application is required, and a new
credit file for your business can be readily created with no
financial documents required other than your True Business
Name being registered with your local or area Secretary of
State or Deputy Registrars Office. This program will
allow you to determine how much credit you wish to be added to
your file to ensure that your personal Fico Score is high
enough for approval on any funding requested. If a
business file is to be created or established; you will have
the option to determine the exact amount you wish to establish
as a debt for your business to appear on your business credit
report in order for your application to meet minimum approvals
for funding. If funding is requested after new credit
file has been created, Credit Builder Enhancement Services
would apply, and all service and placement fees would be
required as noted below. Turnaround time on this
service is 2-45 days minimum. If funding is requested, funding
can be received by client in as little as 10-15 business days
from the date application has been accepted and processed.

Credit Builder Enhancements -
You or your company would be able to take your existing
personal credit file or your business credit file and request
that additional lines of credit, loans, debt from creditors
and etc. be placed on your report at a percentage of the
amount you want placed. Normally affiliated lenders
charge 6.9% of the total amount to be added X how many bureaus
you wish to have your credit information reported to.
When you have made this determination we would generate the
invoice for your payment due and immediately begin the work
for your personal or business credit file. Once funding
has taken place and you have received your proceeds from a
designated lender, you would then be required to pay our
agency's placement fee of 11% when you have received your loan
or line of credit. Turnaround time on this service is
2-30 days minimum. If funding is requested,
funding can be received by client in as little as 10-15
business days from the date application has been accepted and
processed.

Credit Builder Retrieval Services -
If you or your business has derogatory, delinquent, pastdue
entries on your personal or business credit reports our agency
will dispute, settle, and consolidate any delinquent or
outstanding credit information currently listed on your
personal or business credit report at your request. Aged
accounts, old derogatory information, collections,
repossessions, charge-offs, liens, judgements, bad debts,
foreclosures, inquiries (old and new); can now be removed,
purged and settled on your personal or business credit
reports. Turnaround time for this service is 30-60 days
minimum. If funding is requested, and file has been
finalized or completed; client can receive his/her line of
credit, loan product or proceeds in as little as 10-15
business days from the date the credit file was populated.

Do I Need To Send Anything
With My Application?
Paperwork, documents, tax returns, and
financial statements are not required for any of these unique
programs. All you will need to send with your application
is your personal credit report fee of $85.00 so we can review
your existing credit history to determine the best possible
enhancement service that you might need. All those with
good to excellent credit will not require much; as they will
only need a few adjustments and maybe some cleanup work to get
their file up to par. Those who have bad to destroyed
credit will require alot more work either through newly creating
the file or cleanup work on the existing derogatories,
collections or other aged information that is causing the credit
score to fall short of average.

How Much Does It Cost?
Estimated Service and Placement Costs average
at 6.95% of the amount of the Credit Builder Line of
Credit (For Example: $25,000 X 6.9% = $1,725 X 3 bureaus =
$5,175 due for placement of 1 Credit Line of $25,000.) If
you required more than 1 Credit Line, just use the same
calculations to determine the amount of credit lines or files
you want added to your personal or business credit reports.

Are There Any Guarantees?
We guarantee you immediate approval when you create
your file to equal more than 5 credit add-ons at $10,000 or
higher for each file requested. We do require at least
a minimum of $25,000 as an add-on and/or creation for any credit
file request in order to process and set-up your new account.
When you create this type
of file, your personal Fico Score will fall right around 800-950
maximum and your business score will range out at 78-80
respectively. Our direct lenders and private investors
will approve any line of credit, personal or business loan that
we submit to them when we can guarantee these type of
parameters. And lastly, we will gladly refund your money
should we be unsuccessful in placing your application for
funding. No refunds are allowed when client or applicant
ignored our recommendations on what will be acceptable for
approval, compared to that which a client or applicant prefers
to request on a credit file enhancement or creation.

refundable once application has been accepted for processing.)
Turnaround Times?
For all credit file requests, we require a minimum of
2-45 days from the date that your new credit file order form was
received, accepted and processed. Once your file has
populated, your Fico Score will increase and you will be ready
for funding. Once funding begins, you will receive your
funded amount within 10-20 business days from the date your new
credit file populated at all three (3) major credit reporting
agencies.
