DEPOSIT ACCOUNT SERVICES INTRODUCTION
We are now offering our
clients the opportunity to purchase a personal loan and/or business line of
credit through our DEPOSIT ACCOUNT SERVICES – MONEY FOR
RENT PROGRAM.
We will get the funds secured for you and approved, then once approved you will
be required to sign a Promissory Note or Agreement for the funds that you want
to report on your personal credit report, and then each month you would be
required to make the monthly scheduled payment for the interest on your loan
and/or line of credit. FUNDS CANNOT BE DISBURSED TO YOU
UNTIL YOU HAVE MADE A MINIMUM OF TWELVE (12) CONSECUTIVE PAYMENTS OR FOR A FULL
ONE-YEAR TERM. YOUR PROCEEDS WILL REMAIN SECURED UNTIL THE TWELVE (12)
MONTH TERM HAS BEEN MET.
YOUR FUNDS WILL BE SECURED
IN A SAVINGS DEPOSIT IN YOUR NAME OR YOUR BUSINESS NAME AND ALL DEPOSIT
INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU UPON APPROVAL OF YOUR ACCOUNT.
Each month your scheduled payment, when received on time will report on your
existing or new personal credit report each month for a period of twelve (12)
months. If your payment for interest is higher than $1,000.00, we can also set
up your account with an ATM Debit Card where you can access funds from your
account. Again, you would be obtaining the interest amount only on the loan or
line of credit and your minimum payment amount would still be required if you
are cashing out the excess amount. You must make at least the minimum
amount due per month, and/or the required interest amount per the lender holding
the secured account for your personal loan and/or line of credit amount.
If you fail for any reason to keep your scheduled payment, you will risk
positive credit being reported on your personal or business credit report.
Once approved for this program, your personal credit report and fico score
will skyrocket and soar!!!! Your fico score will get stronger and/or will
enhance higher and you would have an established loan and/or line of credit now
reporting to all three (3) major credit reporting agencies to help build,
strengthen, and gain your credibility and establish yourself even more!!!
After the first initial year that your account is secured, you will then qualify
for an unsecured account and be able to cashout and/or apply for the personal
loan or line in which you secured up to a maximum of $100,000.00 or more.
This is no maximum amount in which you can secure to report to your personal or
business credit history.
Our minimum requirement for funding your new Deposit Account is $25,000.00
and there is no maximum amount required. The amount you indicate will
report to all major credit reporting agencies when your account has been
activated, setup and submitted. You can go as high as you want to in
securing your personal loan amount and/or line of credit amount to your credit
report. It is a very simple process and takes us only five (5) business days to
setup and activate. If your 1st month’s payment and activation fee
is received on and/or before the 15th of the month, we can guarantee
you that by the end of the following month your new personal loan or line of
credit amount secured will be reporting to all credit reporting agencies and
showing on your new or existing credit reports.
Heres’s How To Figure Your Total Amount Due:
1. You determine the
amount of credit you wish to secure for your personal credit history with
$25,000.00 as your starting minimum up to whatever amount you desire.
2. $25,000.00 X 1% = $250.00 (which is your monthly interest payment amount due
for your interest) on the amount requested of $25,000.00. (This amount
would be held for a term of twelve (12) months until all interest payments have
been made.)
3. Our Agency Service Fee for securing and activating the loan and/or line on
your behalf is $6,850.00 which is a one-time setup/activation fee for the
secured personal loan and/or line of credit that we would obtain on your
behalf. OUR SERVICE FEES
ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ARE
DUE AT TIME OF APPLICATION SUBMITTAL.
4. If approved, and you have selected $25,000.00, as well as signed your
signature on our Deposit Account Agreement, your total amount due would be:
$7,100.00 to activate this new service immediately based on an example
amount to report of $25,000.00 used as an example figure only. You are
free to determine the amount that you would like to secure for credit reporting
purposes, however our minimum required for services is $25,000.00.
5. Each month you would be invoiced the amount due and would be required to
send your payment in to us via fax transmittal. We accept Check-By-Fax
payments only on your scheduled due date invoiced to avoid lost payments in
the mail. You may also authorize monthly debits to your checking account for
the interest amount due each month. If you miss payments, your new or personal
credit report will be affected and all late payments will be reported as
derogatory and pastdue, which will in turn affect your personal credit report
and defeat the entire purpose for this service. MAKE

Qualifications For Service:
1. You must have
completed our Deposit Account Application and submitted it with your payment
and returned to us by fax and/or directmail as noted on the application.
2. If personal, you must not have an existing bankruptcy presently
showing on your existing credit report. If business, you must not have an
existing UCC Filing and/or Liens against business assets or presently part of
bankruptcy.
3. You must not be affiliated and/or registered with any other
program and/or service offering a program similar and/or the same as this
program.
4. If business startup, you qualify for services if you have registered
your business and are not considered a sole-proprietorship. (Additional
requirements may or may not apply for a startup business. You will be
notified should any additional information be required for approval.)
5. If a business, and/or a corporation; you must provide your
detailed Articles of Incorporation with your application, list of all Officers
of your corporation, and provide your business license, certificate and/or
documentation confirming your registered business name.
6. All applicants whether personal or business must provide an
enlarged copy of their Driver's License, Social Security Card, and a VOIDED
CHECK from your personal or business checking account. The account
provided must be open and in good-standing to be considered for this service
program. (The checking account you provide will be recorded as the account
for your monthly payment disbursements.) If you prefer to use another
account, please provide an additional VOIDED CHECK for the account you wish your
monthly interest payments to be debited from with your application and payment.
7. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older to
apply for this Credit Enhancement Program and must have requested these services
individually and not referred to the agency by any of its affiliated partners,
associates, brokers, consultants, agents, and/or assigns thereof.
