What are advantages of signing
up immediately?
The sooner you start, the faster you will put an end to your
delinquent, pastdue and derogatory credit history. You will be
able once again, to enjoy your credit and make it work for you.
How many accounts can I
give to you on my report?
You can assign us as many credit accounts that you like -- from as
little as one (1) account to all your accounts listed on your credit
report. The price will not change based on the number of
accounts that you assign to us*.
*Each individual case is different; however
additional costs may be applied if applicant has several
bankruptcies to be removed, along with judgments, collections and
other services not indicated at time of application.
How do I know the
information is being removed?
You will receive updated credit reports from all three (3) of the
major credit reporting agencies as soon as we begin working on your
credit file. You can keep the originals for your own record,
but will have to send a copy of all information received to your
Credit Advocate once you receive any information from the credit
reporting agencies. (This is the only way that we will know
that they are doing what we requested of them -- by receiving the
information from you we will know.)
How do I Cancel the Service?
You may cancel the service at anytime that you like after we submit
at least the first-round of entries to the credit reporting agencies
for dispute, resolution or other investigation. Once you are
satisfied with our results, you may send a written request to cancel
services to:
cancel-lexington@artistic-capitalcorp.com and we will
immediately forward your request to the appropriate Credit Advocate
and attorney handling your files.
How do I re-establish
new credit?
Once you have received an update on your personal credit report,
your existing fico score will change tremendously if we were
successful in deleting a great deal of the information that you were
disputing. If your score is accepted, it would be best to not
to apply immediately but allow your credit file to "rest" just a
month or two. After this time, you can then apply for secured
credit cards to assist you with getting more established if you do
not presently have alot of credit showing. Or you can apply
for any credit card that is available online or through directmail.
For a list of credit cards that offer re-establishment services to
consumers,
visit our secure site or point to:
http://www.artistic-capitalcorp.com/ARTISTIC-CREDIT-CARDS.htm.
Can I still use my credit
while you are correcting it?
Yes. As long as you are not making new credit applications using
your credit file and social security number. This will cause
more inquiries to be listed on your credit file while we are working
to get information removed. It's best not to apply for
anything that will cause a new inquiry to your credit report.
If applying for employment or services like this that do not require
the review of your personal credit report you may do so.
Do you have
alternative options available?
IYes. You can visit our
Credit Enhancement Services Website or contact one of our
partners directly at
thecreditfilescoinc@yahoo.com for immediate assistance in
offering other services not mentioned through our agency.
Will my spouse benefit
wehn my credit report is corrected?
Yes and No. Yes, if you and your spouse have applied for joint
credit the entire time in which you have been together as both your
credit reports will reference both your names and all your credit
together. No, if your spouse has individual credit separately
from yours. Our services will only assist our client, which is
you! If your spouse wanted to repair, correct or cleanup their
personal credit file, they would need to be a client of ours before
that would happen. If you would like to make some easy money
referring your spouse, friends, or family members ...
just download our Referrals Form and send it in to us immediately.
How often should I
check my personal credit?
We recommend that all consumers should be checking their personal
credit reports at least every three (3) months or sooner. If
you have alot of credit or you are paying off alot of debt, then we
would suggest that you check it every sixty (60) days to ensure that
the information being reported is accurate. Most consumers
never check their credit and that's why credit fraud is high on the
rise.
How much does it cost if
I use Artistic!'s Credit Services?
It costs $1,000 for the placement of your file with any of our
attorneys. We work with several law firms and can place you
with any participating and hired law firm that is affiliated with
our agency. There are no monthly payments with our agency,
just a one-time placement fee of $1,000. Based on which law
firm we send your request to, you will be billed by that law firm
for their initial retainer, which is not more than $100.00 and their
monthly payments are very reasonable around $35.00 - $50.00 per
month.
What is Debt To Income Ratios?
When a creditor is referring to Debt To Income Ratios they are
determining the total amount of debt that a consumer has based on
his/her annual income compared to that of the consumers total pay
availability. They are trying to make certain that you have
enough income left over minus all your debt in monthly payments to
determine if you are still qualified for whatever loan, lines of
credit, credit card product, and etc. that you may have applied for.
What are
general approval requirements for credit?
Credit approval factors: Keeping low debt, never
maxx-out more than 35% of your total credit limits on your credit
cards, lines of credit, and etc.; stay at one residence for at least
a year or more before moving, keep full-time employed for two (2)
years or more, and do not apply for alot of credit all at one time.
Most credit reporting agencies keep scoring systems on all
consumers, which allows credit granters the opportunity in reviewing
this information through databases available to them at all credit
reporting agencies. Credit pre-qualifiers or scoring systems
determine the pre-approval for most consumers by the database that
is provided on each consumer at all of the credit reporting
agencies, and they allow all credit granters to review this
information to make offer to consumers by telephone and/or
directmail.
In order for you to receive these offers, it is best to make certain
that you have pre-qualified yourself based on the factors listed
above.
What about bankruptcies?
Why do they last 10 years ?
Unfortunately bankruptcies will remain on your personal credit
report a minimum of seven (7) years and a maximum of ten (10) years.
Why? Because this is the systems way of making you pay for
your mistakes and the cost you incur for having to file for
bankruptcy is that you are now not able to obtain credit until this
time has expired. Fortunately, now bad credit is big business,
and most any consumer can now restart, rebuild, and re-establish
his/her personal credit regardless of a bankrutpcy and how long it
has to remain on their credit reports. You can now purchase
mortgages, get financing, credit cards, and more even with bad
credit!!!! (The industry has come along way in this regard,
and now though you have bad credit, you can start again, but
unfortunately it normally costs a lot more because your credit is
bad.)
Will I
can I get more pre-approvals by mail?
You will have to maintain your excellent credit rating once
established and continue to show a low debt to income ratio for a
particular amount of months. Once you have done this, most
every credit card company, loan company, mortgage company and banks
will start sending you all kinds of others. Most consumers are
irritated by the constant flow of mail that is received, however;
you are not obligated in anyway to apply for any pre-approval
received by directmail or solicited over the telephone.
Why do credit bureaus
not remove information when disputed?
Unfortunately due to their backlog and overflow of information that
is received by consumers, attorneys representing consumers and many
times due to situations with staff and other reporting errors.
They indicate that all information that is disputed is investigated
when in actuality they are not investigating the information.
Which causes you the consumer continual delays in getting the right
information reported on your personal credit report.
I run and own my own business and would like to know how to go
about reporting my customers to the credit bureaus?
There are usually a number of factors involved with qualifying for
a subscriber account with credit reporting agencies. 1.
You must be a registered and licensed business in your State of
business operation. 2. Your business must be listed
with information services. 3. You must request and
complete a subscriber application with each of the credit
reporting agencies, which will require your business purchasing
Credit Reporting Software. 4. You must sign a
subscriber's agreement and return it before an account is setup
for you. 5. Your business must have at least a minimum
of 100 customers with monthly payments coming in to your company
in order to meet the credit bureaus minimum requirements.
(Some of them do not have minimums based on the reporting status
that is required for your company.) 6. You must pay
your annual subscriber's fee: $150.00 to $350.00 per year
with each of the bureaus in order to be considered an active
subscriber, and lastly 7. Their may or may not be an account
setup and activation fee required if going through a processor.
For more information on subscriber accounts contact our Customer
Service Department for assistance. Send a written email to:
creditbureaus@artistic-capitalcorp.com
Can I apply for credit using my business and
the credit I have get reported on my personal credit report?
No. If you own and operate a business, your business
credit is separate from that of your personal credit and cannot be
reported to the credit bureaus when you are using an Employer
Identification Number (EIN#). If you are a sole-proprietor,
which requires your using your Social Security Number as your
business identification -- then any credit that you establish in
your sole-proprietorship business name, will eventually show up at
the credit bureaus as credit in your name as well.
It is always best to keep your personal credit separate from your
business credit as the debt could eventually become high and very
costly to you as a small business owner. You may find
yourself maxxed-out alot while trying to fund or finance your
business, which will eventually affect your personal credit report
in the longrun. All personal credit reports to all three (3)
major credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax and
sometimes Innovex); but business credit is reported only to Dun
and Bradstreet (D&B) and/or that of Experian Business Services.

What is the best way for me to remove my
ex-spouses credit from my credit report?
Contact your ex-spouse and have them handwrite and sign a
letter addressed to all three (3) credit reporting agencies
requesting that your name and accounts be separated from their
accounts. If these accounts were joint, your ex-spouse
would also have to remove your name as joint applicant and/or
authorized user in order for your accounts to be separated and
their credit information not merge or showup with yours.
This would also mean that you would not be able to use your
ex-spouses credit that you were once using.
I requested a credit card for my college
daughter and she is now delinquent. Will this affect my
personal credit score also?
IYes most definately. The account primarily belongs to
you since you opened it. Your college daughter is
considered either an authorized user, or a joint applicant with
authorization to use the credit card. When she uses the
card and becomes delinquent, you are delinquent also. It's
best to immediately bring the account current when you are made
aware of this, by sending a payment for the delinquency
immediately before you cycle. If this is the first time
pastdue or delinquent, most creditors will not report you
delinquent; but if it's happened before, you will be reported
delinquent on your next cycle date.
What are the advantages of establishing more
than one (1) credit file identity?
The biggest advantage is that you can establish more
credit, but all the names that you would use would show up on
your existing credit report and unfortunately most creditors
may look at that as you get married alot, or they could assume
that you have too many alias -- and in that, there would not
be an advantage to you. However; if established
correctly you can gain more credit and financial power in the
longrun. For more information regarding credit
identities, credit fraud, credit enhancements and other
services; visit one of our affiliated services by sending an
