1.  You must purchase CheckMAN™ if you are planning on using it yourself or for your business.  You will not be allowed to register/use  a "Special Version" copy.  If you are not planning on purchasing CheckMAN™ for your own use, you will be required to pay a $250.00 Distributor Fee. (Website Is Included With This Fee); which is non-refundable at time of registration and submission of your request.  

2.  Please do not use Trademarked Names when marketing CheckMAN™.  Example: Do not advertise it as, "Check-by-Fax Software", use something like...."CheckMAN..Accept checks via the fax, phone, email , etc., etc..."  

3.  You are not considered an employee of Artistic! Capital Corporation, "CheckMAN™", and will be considered as an Independent Contractor for all commissions paid to you on a monthly and yearly basis.  You may also considered yourself as an independent representative, marketer, and distributor/reseller if electing distributor options.  1099's will be issued to everyone that earns more than $599 in commissions.  

4.  You are not allowed to sell CheckMAN™ for anything less than $175.95 without written approval directly from Artistic! Capital Corporation.  With our permission, CheckMAN™ may be used as a "Give-away, Special Incentive" marketing tool.  

5.  We reserve the right to revoke "Reseller Privileges" to anyone, at any time, for any reason we feel is just, but will not consider doing so if you are acting in accordance to our terms of use and are operating your business in a professional manner as instructed.  

6.  No customer will be given a "Password" without a check purchase at time any CheckMAN™ Check Software product is sold by any of our distributors, representatives, agents, and etc.  (Minimum 100 sheets is required to process all customer Orders received.)  

7. You may not use unsolicited email to bring traffic to your CheckMAN™ website.  You may not post advertisments about your CheckMAN™ Website in inappropriate usenet /newsgroups, etc.  You also may not use your autoresponder in any type of unsolicited email or postings.   Violation of this policy will definitely hurt everyone. Anyone who violates this policy is subject to have their reseller privileges revoked immediately!!!!!!.  

8. If you choose website Option A - You are responsible for processing your customers payment, and fulfilling their order in a timely manner.   Your online payment will be "online checks" only, or online checks + MC/Visa. (If processing through our agency, you will be able to accept AMEX and Discover credit cards as well to generate more sales.)

9. With website Option B - Artistic! Capital Corporation  will process payment, and ship your orders to your customers.  We will then send you a commission check once a month for commissions due from the previous month. You will be paid $50.00 for each Standard Version sold, and $100.00 for each PROFESSIONAL Version sold, and if you have a Distributorship Network setup and Distributors who signed under you -- you will be paid an additional $50.00 for each Order received from any of your Distributors in your Network.  

10.  If you are choosing Option A, the minimum quantity of disks that you must order to begin this program is with is 50 copies.  If your budget cannot handle 50 copies at this time, we can consider smaller orders starting at 10 as long as they are in increments of 10 when ordered.  Each Disk is sold at $4.00 each to our Distributors.
