HOW Does CheckMAN Work?
Nothing could be easier!
In a nutshell, here's how CheckMAN works....
First, you need to collect your
customer/client's checking account information and authorization to draft
their account. You can do this several ways... By an online WebForm, have
them fax you a copy of their check, or use one of the Phone Check Templates
that we provide, and take their checking information over the phone. They
are giving you their authorization by submitting this information to you.
Next, you enter this information into your
CheckMAN Program on your computer. Now you can either print it out
immediately, or save it, and print it out later with the rest of the batch.
Finally, you take this check "draft" to your
bank and deposit it just as if the check was mailed to you by your customer.
It's really is that
simple!
You can also use CheckMAN to print your own
"Blank" or "Personal Checks".
