BROKER AFFILIATES, PARTNERS
AND ANNUAL PARTICIPATION BROKERS
Please be advised that due to high requests for our Broker's Program and
Affiliate Services, we are providing you with this notice to inform you of the
following:
ANNUAL PARTICIPATION INCREASE
Effective Immediately all registered Brokers from January 01, 2000 - January 01,
2003 shall receive the same commission structures as implemented and pay the
same annual participation fee for existing Buy-In levels, and will not be
charged the increase for the existing year. All newly registered and
annual participating Brokers who choose not to participate in our annual
broker programs shall be required to perform a minimum Quota of 50 new
client referrals or a minimum of $5,000 - $10,000 in volume each month of
verifiable sales and client approvals to continue marketing in any of our
affiliate or partner programs.
MONTHLY QUOTAS & PERFORMAS
If you are an annual participating broker, who has elected one of our Buy-In
Programs, you will not be required to meet the same minimum Quotas as
that of the Referring Broker who has not contributed to the program.
Instead you will be required to generate a minimum of 40 new client referrals
each month and/or a minimum monthly funding volume of $300,000. All Annual
Brokers who exceed monthly volume requirements may be considered for
Artistic!'s
75% or 100% program buy-ins.
75% - 100% BROKER BUY-IN OPTIONS
(Minimum requirements to meet the 75% or 100% buy-in are as follows:)
1. Broker must have referred and/or placed a minimum of $300,000+ in total
sales volume to agency (whether by one client or more as long as total volume
equals $300,000 broker has met minimum requirements.)
2. Broker must have an average monthly funding approval volume of 50% of
the total volume submitted.
(Total approved funding transactions must meet at least 50% of the total amount
submitted each month) for the first 6 months of participation. At
year-end, Broker's funding track record must have grown between 65%-75% in order
to be upgraded into higher commission programs. (All upgrades are
determined at the sole-discretion of the President/CEO/CFO and Executive
Committees of Artistic! Capital Corporation and all decisions for approval
and/or declination are final.) Broker will be notified by email,
directmail, certified mail, fax and/or telephone when he/she has qualified for
an upgrade.
3. Broker must demonstrate upgrade capability for the first 90 Days of
Participation in order to be considered further.
ANNUAL PARTICIPATION FEES
If you are electing to register and buy-in at 3%-50% on your payouts, you are
required to submit your acceptance fee of $460.00 with your application for
processing. The acceptance fee is for $85.00 personal credit report and
$375.00 application processing; which are non-refundable unless we deny your
application for any reasons. You will be refunded if denied the amount
you paid to participate in program, but all account fees, application or
processing fees, and personal credit report fee will not be refunded if denied
for any reason.
NON-ANNUAL PARTICIPATION FEES
There are none. Brokers who are electing to register as a Referring Broker
will not be charge to participate in the buy-in program as it starts as 3%.
Brokers electing to register without paying a participation fee, we will be paid
at 2% of the total agency fee collected. And must meet all minimum
requirements noted above to remain active in the program. If electing the
2% payout option, there is no application fee required. However your
personal credit report fee of $85.00 remains due in order for us to verify your
identity we will need to check your personal credit.
CREDIT REPORTS
Regardless of what your personal credit looks like you will not be denied for
any reason(s). All applicant's are required to pay an $85.00 personal
credit report fee at time of application.
REASONS FOR DENIAL
If we find that you have provided falsified information on your application
after it has been submitted or you are working for other services with similar
interests as our agency to fund your client transactions. Or if you are
misrepresenting our name, services, products, or programs you will be
immediately terminated from our program. When discovered all proceeds paid
to agency will not be refunded due to a Breach of your Contract; which
can be found in your Broker's Agreement once your application has been approved.
REFERRING BROKERS
(No Annual Fee Brokers)
Referring Brokers are considered individuals or businesses who refer others to
our agency for credit and financial related products. When a client who
has been referred has been approved for funding or a credit type product, the
Referring Broker will receive a standard referral fee of $25.00 to $100.00 based
on the type of approval and the amount referred. In many cases Referring
Brokers can earn as high as $500.00 on referred approvals.
FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNERS
(Flat Fee Required + 20% Of Annual
Participation)
Finance Business Partners are Brokers who have paid a flat fee per annual to
automatically earn 50% on all funding transactions no matter what size they are.
Agency will pay to Broker 50% of the total profit agency has earned on its 11%
and/or 12.5% billed clients. Flat fee amount is determined at 20% higher
than annual participation fee required for 50% Annual Brokers, who are
participating in buy-in programs. See description below:
If you wish to receive 50% of our total amount paid on each funded transaction,
you will be required to pay as follows:
üApplication Fee of $375.00 Required
(Waived if participating in annual program.) All applicant's who are
considering our Partnership Program are automatically waived the application
processing fee at time of submittal.
üPersonal Credit Report Fee of $85.00
Required (Applicant's made pay smaller fee for credit report when downloaded
and purchased from our corporate website at:
www.artistic-capitalcorp.com/CREDIT-REPORTS.htm and returned with completed
application by fax, email, and/or directmail.) If not provided with
application, personal credit report fee of $85.00 is required with application
and annual participation fee in order for application to be reviewed, considered
and/or approved.
üBroker's Annual Participation Fee
(50% Buy-in at $5,995.00 X 20%) (Must be selected by applicant at time of
application and provided with all other processing fees in order for application
to be considered. If declined, for any reason(s) all fees paid, except
Application and Personal Credit Report Fee will be refunded to all applicants.
25% Buy-In Amount (Referral Brokers Only) - $5,995.00 X 20% = $1,199.00 =
$7,194.00
Application Processing / Account Setup Fee - $375.00
Personal Credit Report Fee - $85.00
TOTAL AMOUNT DUE AGENCY: $7,654.00
(Due at time of application for all new partners.)
ANNUAL PARTICIPATION BROKERS
(Broker of Record)
Annual Participating Brokers, also called Broker of Record are individuals
and/or businesses who have registered with our agency to refer clients of their
own for credit related and funding products. Their clients may have
originated from advertisements, flyers, internet website URL's or directmail
campaigns elected by the Broker of Record at his/her discretion. Annual
Participation Fees are paid by the Broker of Record for a buy-in level of 3% to
50% at time of application. By electing a buy-in payout level, the Broker
of Record now has the option of getting paid a particular commission on each
funded transaction processed through this agency.
COMMISSION - PAYOUT EXAMPLE
(Broker of Record and Partners)

Broker referred a client for $100,000 and bought-in at 50% on his payout.
This is how the Broker of Record would be paid on this approved client:
Client receives $100,000 X 11% agency fee = $11,000
Broker bought-in at 50% and would be paid 1/2 of the $11,000
$11,000 X 50% is $5,500
$5,500 is what would be paid to Broker of Record on this approval.

Broker Application for downloading, completion and return to us by email,
directmail, and/or fax. When paying credit report fee or application fees;

by email.
Directmail application address is provided on Broker's Application. If
returning by mail; we recommend Priority, Express, or Overnight / Next Day
Airmail for secured delivery of your confidential information.
