The example provided is accurate as presented on this website for the participation payout program at 25% and 50%.  Any increases or changes to the Payout or Participation Levels are currently active as of the date viewed.  If changes, revisions to Payout Structure or Participation Levels are in existence, agency shall honor the rates as illustrated on its corporate website only.  For more recent and/or up-to-date information regarding recent payout or participation fees, please see RATE INCREASE SECTION BELOW.

INCENTIVES:

All participating Brokers who have exceeded standard monthly volume in sales of $300,000 will be rewarded with a monthly bonus check from $500 to $1,000 for all funding clients that were approved for any given month.  (All Broker's clients funded must have paid their Invoice for placement services before Broker can be considered part of Bonus Program.) Corporate Office will review all Broker status and provide weekly status reports for all Brokers participating and when your Bonus has been reached for any given month, your Bonus Check will be paid the next following month for proven sales for prior month.  (Bonus and Incentive Programs may change at any time, at the discretion of Artistic! Capital Corporation.)

NOTICES:

If an interested Broker has old rates, payout amounts or currently considering registering in any of the Payout Programs noted above; Artistic! Capital Corporation shall honor any and/or all Payout Levels from previous websites if applicant provides a copy of the webpage at the time of application which clearly indicates the Web URL address for this agency at the bottom of the page and dated.  All submittals without the appropriate Web URL address shall not be considered valid and rates, payouts and Buy-In Amounts indicated on this website shall be considered accurate and current; and all others invalid.

RATE INCREASE:
Effective as of JANUARY 1, 2004 all Annual Broker Participation Fees have increased and are effective as of this advisement per our website.  If you are a currently registered Annual Broker BEFORE THE INCREASE took affect, you will be billed at your old annual participation rate when you originally registered with this agency.  If you were recently approved and your application was submitted on and/or AFTER JANUARY 2, 2004 you will be required to pay the agency's Increase Amount as noted on this website.

If for any reason you have documentation from previous visits to our website that confirm our old rates, we will honor your Annual Registration and Participation Fee as stated on the documentation you have in your possession.  ALL DOCUMENTATION DEMONSTRATING A LOWER RATE MUST BE RETURNED TO US BY PRIORITY, EXPRESS, AND/OR OVERNIGHT, NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO OUR CORPORATE OFFICES, ALONG WITH YOUR PAYMENT, AND THE DOCUMENTATION CONFIRMING OUR OLD RATES.  Otherwise, all increased rates will apply.  Any and/or all applications, submitted with payment without the required documentation will be returned unprocessed and the amount of our recent increase shall be considered upon your acceptance into our Annual Broker's Program.
