1. DO I NEED PREVIOUS
EXPERIENCE TO WORK IN THIS PROGRAM?

NO. Previous experience is not required
to be a part of any of our affiliated programs.

2. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IN
THE ANNUAL PARTICIPATION PROGRAM?
A:
NO. This program is for individuals
and/or businesses with a proven track record for sales and marketing. Most
money-motivated individuals will prefer these program options to enjoy higher
commission payouts.

3. DO I HAVE TO OWN A COMPUTER
TO REGISTER AS A BROKER OR AFFILIATE OF YOUR AGENCY?
A:
NO. You can work-from-home, door to door
or market our products and services in your local newspaper or distribute
literature to friends and family. Whatever method you are comfortable with
is fine with us.

4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY
FIRST COMMISSION CHECK?
A:
Immediately when your first client is funded.
Normally our accounting department processes check payments on a weekly and/or
as received basis. If you had a client that was approved for funding on a
Monday, we would bill that client on a Tuesday and you would receive payment one
week after your client's payment was processed and verified with our Credit and
Accounting Departments.

5. HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAID IF
I WORK AS A REFERRING BROKER AND NOT PARTICIPATE IN YOUR ANNUAL BROKER'S
PROGRAM?

2%
of the agency fee received from your client.

6. IF I CHOOSE NOT TO PAY THE
PARTICIPATION FEE RIGHT NOW ... DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE CREDIT REPORT FEE
WITH MY APPLICATION?
A:
YES. Credit Report Fee of $85.00 is
required from each individual applicant and/or business owner interested in any
of our affiliate programs and/or network services. We generally waive the
application acceptance fee of $375.00 because you have elected not to
participate in the Annual Broker Program. (As a courtesy, we will forward
a copy of your personal credit report after review to your residential address
on your application for your records.)

7. WILL I BE ABLE TO UPGRADE
IN THE FUTURE INTO THE ANNUAL BROKER PROGRAM?
A:
YES. You can upgrade at anytime.
Just download our
Annual Broker's
Participation Application, return it as instructed with your payout
participation fee and you will be immediately upgraded to the payout level you
selected.

8. DO I NEED A WEBSITE OR WILL
I HAVE TO REGISTER ONLINE?
A:
NO.
You can work from home or office by distributing
in your local area. If you would like to have a website, we can customize
one of our websites for your personal or business use in marketing your own URL
web address to others on the internet. This way, you are going to attract
more people by working online than through directmail or personal contact.
But keep in mind, with this type of service, you will gain stronger clients
when you deal with them directly.

9. WILL I BE REQUIRED TO MEET
MINIMUM QUOTAS EACH MONTH AS A REFERRING BROKER?
A:
YES. You must send in at least 40
applicants, clients or prospective members or you may meet your minimum when at
least 10 new client referrals have purchased any of our credit or financial
service products listed on our
Products Website.

10. WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS FOR ANNUAL BROKERS PARTICIPATING IN THE BROKER'S PROGRAM?
A:
Brokers must submit a minimum of $100,000 in sales
volume per month and/or at least 25-30 new clients for funding placement.
(Normally these are the minimums for the first Ninety (90) Days so you can get
established with the agency and your marketing campaigns.) After Ninety
(90) Days, Participating Brokers are required to meet a minimum of $300,000 in
sales volume per month to successful continue the program. (Clients do not
have to be funded, however; the volume must be met regardless.)

11. WHY IS THERE AN
APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE FEE FOR ANNUAL PARTICIPATING BROKERS?
A:
Brokers are setup under our existing license in order
to act as Independent Contractors. There is an active Broker Account setup
under that Broker's name so that he can be paid from our corporation's account
on all funding transactions that have been approved. (This is required in
order to accept the application for processing and activating the new Broker
Account.) Portions of the fee also go towards the Initial Consultation and
Startup Instructions provided directly "one-on-one" with our Director of
Finance. We provide consultation and guidance services for all our new
Brokers "Free" for the first Thirty (30) Days.

12. WHEN I GET MY STARTUP
PACKET OR MY WELCOME KIT, WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
A:
Read the literature provided and locate each
application, loan request form and/or line of credit application for your
prospective clients and start passing them out or distributing them. If
you have an Online Website, we will provide you with links to "ready-made" forms
for your convenience in directly your client referrals to the appropriate
applications.

13. WILL I RECEIVE A CONTRACT
OR A BROKER'S AGREEMENT?
A:
YES. All participants, applicant's,
consultants, agents, referring brokers, annual participating brokers,
work-at-home affiliates, and credit card agents will receive an individual
Broker's Agreement; which must be signed and Notarized and return immediately
when your application has been approved. A copy will be returned to you
for your records and signed with our corporate seal when your application has
been finalized.

14. CAN I MARKET AND OFFER
YOUR LENDING OR FUNDING SERVICES ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES?

YES. As long as it's in the United States
Only. We have outsource programs that handle International Countries for
us.

MY CLIENT TO BE FUNDED?

Business Days from the date the loan
request was submitted for placement.
Personal Lines of Credit are normally funded within
5 business days from the date
approved and Business Lines of Credit are normally funded within
7-10 business days based on the
amount requested and the direct lender funding request.

17. ARE THERE FASTER FUNDING
SERVICES AVAILABLE?
A:
YES. Based on the credit history, fico
score and the overall debt-to-income ratio of your client; funding for lines of
credit are essentially processed much faster than loans or higher end value
loans. Most clients receive their funds within
5-7 business days from the
date we accept your client's loan request.

18. I DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS
YET ... CAN I STILL REGISTER AS A BROKER?
A:
YES. You would be considered a Referral
Consultant and would all payout commission checks would be payable to you
personally. You would still receive commission payouts on all funded
clients as usual. It is your option to remain an independent referror or
to upgrade later as a business. The payouts will remain the same.
When you have your new business name reserved and your documents to confirm its
presence, you can fax them to us at: 1-866-RTISTIC! (1-866-784-7842) and we will
update our records immediately. From that point, all future commission
checks will be payable to your business name instead of to you directly.

20. CAN I REFER OTHER BROKER'S
TO THE AGENCY AND STILL GET PAID FOR REFERRING THEM?

YES. You would be paid $100.00 for all
Annual Participating Broker referrals that you send to us who registers as an
active annual broker in any of our Broker Payout Levels. For all Broker
referrals that are not-participating in our
Broker's Program; you will be paid $25.00 when their first client has been

21. DO YOU OFFER CREDIT
ENHANCEMENT SERVICES OR "SPECIAL FINANCING" PROGRAMS FOR CLIENTS WHO MIGHT HAVE
BAD OR DESTROYED CREDIT??
A:
YES. Our agency will provide your
client's with a variety of financial and funding options that are available at
the time of their application. Most enhancement services vary in
completion and will require your client's signature on our Confidentiality

22. DO YOU HAVE DO-IT-YOURSELF
PROGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR CLIENTS WHO PREFER FUNDING THEIR OWN LOANS OR LINES OF

YES. Your client can purchase our
Credit Secrets
Manual and learn a great deal in securing and funding their own loans and
how to resolve any credit or financial problem they might be having.

23. WILL I BE CONSIDERED AN
EMPLOYEE OF ARTISTIC! CAPITAL CORPORATION ONCE I REGISTER OR SIGNUP?
A:
NO. All applicant's, participants,
agents, consultants, representatives, affiliates, processors, brokers, referring
brokers, referral consultants, and associations are considered as Independent
Contractors and not employees.

24. WILL I HAVE TO PAY MY OWN
TAXES ON THE PROCEEDS I EARN WORKING THRU THIS AGENCY?
A:
YES. We will send you a 1099 Form at year
end, which you will be required to submit to the IRS with your tax return and
earnings statement. We do not pay your taxes on income earned. If
you received a commission payout of $10,000 and that is what was due you; this
is what we would pay you. Any tax incurring amount due on this figure is
your responsibility to pay and not our agency.

25. HOW SOON CAN I START YOUR
PROGRAM??
A:
IMMEDIATELY. The same day we receive your
completed and signed application with your Participation Fee if Annual Broker;
or your completed application with your credit report fee if a Referring Broker.

26. I LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY
... CAN I STILL REGISTER AS AN ARTISTIC! BROKER ONLINE?
A:
YES. But you would be considered an
INTERNET BROKER only and would be required to have a website or a method in
reaching United States applicant's only for processing funding requests thru our
agency. Or you could market just our credit card and financial programs.
We are working to implement new programs that will cater to International
applicants when they consider joining.

27. I DON'T HAVE AN ANSWERING
MACHINE OR A PROFESSIONAL PHONE LINE SETUP AT MY RESIDENCE AND WOULD BE WORKING
